What do you guys think about fox's "killer marijuana" report?

I never understand why the right wing press are all for tougher drug laws and sentencing, they're the ones who want a smaller government and less government interference right? Yet at the same stroke they want government to step in and criminalise drug users. How do these ideologies go hand in hand?
