Why do people continually site the FOX Monsanto case saying they could now legally lie? Other networks guilty?

You did a lot of research and it's an impressive post but I'm afraid that it won't do much good because our leftist, "I hate Fox News" crowd aren't really interested in the truth. They would much rather just scream, "Fox Lies" and use the court case to back it up. I think you might be wasting your breath but good job, anyway.
