Just getting around to it myself. I don't think you have to worry about frost anymore, so plant 'em now. When the little buggers get about ankle high, sprinkle a little of that 10-10-10 granular fertilizer around the base of the plant. You can get it for about $10 per bag at a Home Depot type place. After the plants get about knee high, you can spray a product such as "Miracle Gro" on the leaves every 2 weeks. Water every 3-4 days and they should get up there above your head.
