Magic mushrooms!?!?!?! ( psilocybin, shrooms, buddah)?

There is a small set up area down in the woods, (hollow stump filled with horse dung, manure, dead wood chips) where I have preparations for the growing season. It's is currently spring in mideastern Ohio, which means it rains periodically, then stops with med humidity. This allows for perfect conditions. The only thing I need to know is: Is it more like a watch n wait? Or does the growing process require direct spore injection? If so how do they randomly grow on dung with out any spore contact? Note I have studied multiple identification guides, as well as grower guides. The guides suggested direct spore introduction, but I wanted to know what my fellow shroomers thought.
