How do i grow Marijuana in a British Columbia Climate?

First time grower. I need to know how to grow marijuana outdoors, or indoors, whichever one is easier. How to "shock the plants" how long does it take for the buds to mature? dont site me to a website because thats all made for US growing and ****, i need to know how to grow a plant. Thanks!
